Buying and downloading
How do I receive my eBook?
As soon as your payment succeeds you are taken to a confirmation page with a download button for each eBook you bought. Nothing is shipped — these are digital PDFs.
I lost my download link. What now?
Go to the My downloads page, enter your order number and the email you used at checkout, and fresh links are issued immediately. This works on any device.
How long do download links stay valid?
Each link works for 30 days. After that you can re-issue a new one for free from My downloads — your purchase does not expire.
Do I need an account?
No. Checkout is guest-only, so you just need a name and email. Your email is what ties you to your order, so please enter it carefully.
Using the eBooks
What format are the eBooks?
Standard PDF. They open on any Android phone, iPhone, tablet, laptop or desktop without special software.
Can I print the pages?
Yes. The books are laid out for clean A4 printing, so your child can write directly on worksheets. Print as many copies as you need for your own child.
Can I read them offline?
Yes. Once downloaded, the file lives on your device and needs no internet connection.
Can I share the file with friends or a class?
A purchase is for one family's use. If you want to use our material across a class or school, please contact us about a bulk licence — we're happy to arrange one.
Payments and pricing
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and popular wallets — all handled by Razorpay.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payment details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and go directly to them. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Are there any extra charges?
No. The price you see includes all applicable taxes, and there is no delivery charge because nothing is shipped.
Do you offer discounts?
From time to time we run offers. If you have a valid discount code, enter it on the cart page before checking out.
Problems
My payment was taken but I did not get a link.
This is rare and always fixable. Go to My downloads first — in most cases your links are waiting there. If not, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll release your download straight away.
The PDF will not open.
Make sure you have a PDF reader installed. On phones, Google Drive PDF Viewer or Adobe Acrobat Reader both work. If the file seems damaged, re-download it from My downloads.
Can I get a refund?
Because eBooks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are generally final. We do refund genuine problems such as a corrupted file or a duplicate charge. Full details are on our refund policy page.
