These terms govern your use of kitabzone.com (the "website") and any digital products you purchase from it. The website is operated by KitabZone ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About our products

We sell educational eBooks in digital PDF format for children in Classes 1 to 10. All products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped physically. Product descriptions, class levels, subjects and page counts are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials at any point.

An order is complete only when payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, an error in pricing, or a breach of these terms.

3. Delivery

Download links are made available immediately on the confirmation page once payment succeeds. Each link remains valid for 30 days and can be re-issued free of charge from the My downloads page using your order number and email address.

You are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout. If you cannot access your download for any reason, contact us and we will help.

4. Licence and permitted use

When you buy an eBook, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for the education of children within your own household. Under this licence you may:

• Download the file and store it on your personal devices
• Print copies for your own child's use

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the file, in whole or in part
• Upload it to any website, file-sharing service, messaging group or cloud folder accessible to others
• Share your download link with people outside your household
• Reproduce our content in your own materials, whether free or paid
• Remove or alter any copyright or branding within the file

Schools, tuition centres and tutors working with multiple students require a separate bulk licence. Please contact us to arrange one.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our eBooks — including text, questions, illustrations, layout, the KitabZone name and the KitabZone logo — is our property or is used under licence, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Availability of the website

We aim to keep the website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or amend the website, or any product on it, without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

Our educational materials are provided as study aids. We make no guarantee regarding examination results or academic outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
