Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on KitabZone (kitabzone.com) .
Digital products
Every product sold on this website is a digital eBook delivered as a PDF file. Delivery is immediate: your download link is provided on the confirmation page as soon as payment succeeds. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been delivered, purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
Please read the product description, class level and subject carefully before buying, and contact us with any questions before completing your purchase.
When we will issue a refund
We will refund you in full in these situations:
- Duplicate payment. You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Payment taken, product not delivered. Your payment succeeded but no download was ever made available to you, and we are unable to resolve it.
- Corrupted or unreadable file. The PDF you received will not open or is damaged, and we cannot supply a working replacement.
- Wrong product delivered. The file you received is materially different from the product described on the page you purchased from.
When we cannot issue a refund
- You changed your mind after downloading the file.
- You bought material for the wrong class or subject by mistake — though do contact us, as we will usually help by exchanging it for the correct title.
- You expected different content, where the product page accurately described what was supplied.
- You are unable to open the file because no PDF reader is installed on your device.
How to request a refund
Email us at sales@kitabzone.com within 7 days of your purchase, including:
- Your order number (for example EB260820202654FE7C)
- The email address used at checkout
- A short description of the problem
We aim to respond to every refund request within 2 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once we process a refund it typically reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete, because delivery is instant. If your payment failed or was interrupted, no order is created and no charge is retained — any amount temporarily debited by your bank is released automatically.
